Sukhvinder Singh

Sukhvinder is Chief Financial Officer at Ephicacy driving Strategy, Financial Management & Data Analytics, Risk Management, partnering with business towards sustainable growth.

Prior to joining Ephicacy, he worked for three decades with leading firms globally in Finance, M&A, Audits, Taxation and Corporate Leadership, IT and Account Management.

He earlier served as the CFO at Lotus Clinical Research (Niche Pain CRO) and GCE Solutions, an FSP services provider (acquired by IQVIA,). He led the entire acquisition and deal process, working closely with the founders.

He has also worked with multiple public listed firms, including Computer Sciences Corporation, Tech Mahindra, and Honda to name a few, managing their Strategy, Finance & Accounts and ERP implementations.

He is a CPA, CGMA and MBA from University of Chicago Booth School of Business. One of the youngest chartered accountants from India, MBA from FMS University of Delhi, he also holds PMP, ITIL-Expert level and multiple SAP certifications.

Sukhvinder is married with two daughters who are dedicated to public service, serving homeless community around the country. He is well-traveled, having worked and lived across various states in the U.S. from coast to coast, as well as in Singapore, Mexico, Canada, and India.
