With over 22 years of extensive experience in the CRO and Healthcare sectors, Dr. Santhosh brings a wealth of knowledge and leadership to our organization. Prior to joining Ephicacy, he held notable leadership positions at prominent industry rivals, including IQVIA, Accenture, TCS, and Indegene. His entrepreneurial spirit led him to found and serve as the CEO of “Just Dental,” India’s largest network of dental clinics, showcasing his prowess and business acumen and strategic vision.

In his role, he will be based in Bangalore, India, and will be responsible for overseeing and managing all operational aspects of our activities in India

His responsibilities will include developing and implementing effective operational strategies to optimize efficiency, productivity, and profitability, while ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations. Dr. Santhosh will also collaborate with various departments to achieve business objectives, enhance customer satisfaction, and drive growth.

As a member of the executive management team, he will play a crucial role in establishing and building upon existing programs, processes, systems, and cultural initiatives to promote an engaged and highly productive team.
