Ioana Mihalache

loana Mihalache is Chief People Officer of Ephicacy, focused on driving alignment of our talent strategy globally, while creating a culture that attracts and enables our talent to deliver their best work for clients. She has nearly 20 years of experience in HR roles of increasing complexity and scale.

Prior to joining Ephicacy, Ioana has spent 17 years at Genpact where she most recently served as Global HR Lead for Digital Transformation, Consulting and Sales teams and enabled key business outcomes such as growth and profitability.

Ioana’s experience spans across Europe, Asia and North America where she has held several regional and global leadership roles. She has extensive experience in strategic talent management, leadership development, change management and implementing effective HR operating models.

Having lived and worked across the globe since the early stages of her career, Ioana embraces cultural diversity and strives to create equitable and inclusive workspaces for everyone.

She holds a B.A. in Management and Marketing, and a masters’ degree in HR and Organizational Development. Ioana is currently pursuing her executive education with the Wharton School.
