Ephicacy offers a flexible business model in project-based services. While FSP focuses on providing resources that are typically managed by clients, the project-based services model places the onus on the vendor partner to take ownership of deliverables and submissions.
Ephicacy’s project-based model has been designed by recognizing that not all clinical submissions are alike. For some submissions, the FSP model of providing resources that are managed by the clients works well. For others, vendor partners assuming ownership works well, especially when the goals, timelines and scope requires such ownership. Ephicacy’s approach is to assemble a dedicated team of programmers for each project who work very closely with clients to ensure successful execution of the project that lead to high quality submissions.
