Venkat is the VP of operations at Ephicacy. He is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the organization and oversees the delivery of client projects. He develops and implements operations strategies that include fostering the alignment of people, processes, and services with the company’s overall mission to ensure long-term sustainability and growth.
Venkat is a highly experienced professional with 25 years of diverse experience in the pharma & biotech industry ranging from science to marketing and business development. Prior to joining Ephicacy, he was the director of business development at ZoomRx, an innovative health care market research company. He was responsible for initiating and building strong relationships with clients, with the goal of expanding ZoomRx’s footprint with health care and biotech companies globally. Venkat has also held senior manager level positions at Abbott Laboratories and deCODE Chemistry & Biostructures. Venkat has a Ph.D. in chemistry from the University of Kentucky and an MBA from Chicago Booth.
