Tara spent more than two decades at Rho, where she progressed through multiple leadership roles, from senior project manager to president and COO. During her tenure, she played a key role in expanding operations, driving revenue growth, and leading business development efforts. She spearheaded strategic initiatives to enhance efficiency, scale global teams, and strengthen relationships with large pharmaceutical clients, positioning Rho for long-term success.
