As Chief People Officer, Ioana leads Ephicacy’s global people strategy and helps shape a culture where talent can thrive. She focuses on creating an environment grounded in growth, ownership, and meaningful impact — enabling teams across the organization to deliver high-quality work for clients worldwide.
With over twenty years of human resources experience, Ioana’s background includes strategic talent management, leadership development, organizational design, and large-scale transformation initiatives. Before joining Ephicacy, she spent 17 years at Genpact in regional and global leadership roles, most recently Global HR Leader for Consulting and Sales organizations across multiple geographies.
Ioana’s career spans Europe, Asia, and North America, giving her a deep appreciation for cultural diversity and the role it plays in building strong, inclusive organizations. She is committed to creating workplaces that elevate employee experience and strengthen business performance.
Ioana holds a B.A. in Management and Marketing and an M.A. in HR and Organizational Development and has recently completed her executive education with The Wharton School.
