As Head of Quality at Ephicacy, Deepti leads the company’s global quality and compliance strategy, ensuring inspection-ready biometrics, data management, and statistical programming operations across sponsor and CRO partnerships. With more than 15 years of experience, she is known for positioning quality as a scalable, business-enabling function.
Deepti brings deep expertise in CRO quality oversight across biometrics, pharmacovigilance, and clinical research operations, with a strong command of global regulatory expectations including GCP, GDPR, ISO standards, and FDA requirements. Her work focuses on audit- and inspection-readiness, CAPA governance, program and portfolio management, and sponsor-facing quality models that strengthen client trust and long-term partnerships.
Throughout her career, Deepti has led global quality and biometrics-enablement initiatives delivering consistent audit success, including zero critical inspection findings and ISO recertifications. She has driven measurable improvements in audit readiness and compliance through digital transformation and AI-enabled regulatory intelligence, while also supporting business development by helping secure and stabilize high-value client engagements.
Deepti holds a Master of Public Health and has completed executive management training. She is PMP-certified, an ISO Lead Auditor, and GCP- and GDPR-certified, with advanced training in generative AI applications for the life sciences. She is passionate about scaling quality as a service through technology, strong governance, and innovative risk intelligence.
